Ajouter les morceaux de lapin pour les saisir puis ajouter le vinaigre.<\/p>\n<p>Saupoudrer de farine et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le vin, le jus et le zeste de l&rsquo;orange, le miel, le cube de bouillon, les \u00e9pices, le piment doux et 1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n<p>Bien m\u00e9langer et couvrir avec de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ 40 minutes. Surveiller le niveau de liquide et de cuisson. La sauce doit \u00eatre un peu \u00e9paisse. V\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement et dresser.<\/p>\n<p>Notre conseil\u00a0: accompagner d\u2019une pur\u00e9e de pomme de terre \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous conseillons d\u2019utiliser une huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne de la Vall\u00e9e des Baux-de-Provence &#8211; olives matur\u00e9es AOP pour ses ar\u00f4mes d\u2019olive confite, d\u2019olive noire, de p\u00e2te d\u2019olive, de cacao, de champignon, d\u2019artichaut cuit, de truffe et de pain au levain qui se marient tr\u00e8s bien avec le lapin.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser une huile d\u2019olive d\u2019Aix-en-Provence AOP &#8211;
