Fermer et laisser mariner 2 heures au frigo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 Egoutter ensuite la viande et r\u00e9server la marinade.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, saisir la viande des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s puis cuire 5 \u00e0 8 minutes, le temps que les c\u00f4tes soient bien caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faire r\u00e9duire la marinade dans une casserole, \u00e0 feu doux, pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette peut \u00e9galement se faire au barbecue&#8230; un d\u00e9lice !<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Nous vous conseillons d\u2019utiliser une huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt subtil de Corse &#8211; Oliu di Corsica &#8211; r\u00e9colte \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne AOP pour ses ar\u00f4mes d\u2019olives noires, de foin sec, de fruits secs (amande, noix, noisette), de senteurs florales du maquis, de champignon et de sous-bois.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser l\u2019une de ces huiles d\u2019olive AOP : Nice et Nyons.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":831,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-830","ricette","type-ricette","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
