( ( 4% ) * 0.33333333333333 ) );\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour le g\u00e2teau :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de cr\u00e8me de marron<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de farine<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe de rhum<\/li>\n<li>30 g d\u2019<strong>huile d\u2019olive de Nyons AOP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour le confit de mandarine :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 \u00e0 10 mandarines<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019<strong>huile d\u2019olive de Nyons AOP<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la chantilly :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pot de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe de sucre glace<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet fixateur de chantilly<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me d\u2019orange<\/li>\n<li>Le zeste d\u2019une orange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 30 minutes<br \/>\nCuisson\u00a0: 40 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e9parer cette b\u00fbche, il faudra avant toute chose mettre le bol, les fouets et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche enti\u00e8re au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour la pr\u00e9paration ult\u00e9rieure de la chantilly. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parer le g\u00e2teau : <\/strong>s\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs. Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me de marron avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive de Nyons AOP puis le rhum. Ajouter la farine et les trois jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs.<\/p>\n<p>Monter les blancs en neige fermes. Les incorporer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration au marron.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dans un moule \u00e0 cake (ou un moule \u00e0 manquer ou un moule \u00e0 b\u00fbche) et faire cuire 30 minutes environ (le couteau doit ressortir sec). Faire refroidir le g\u00e2teau sur une grille.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parer le confit de mandarine :<\/strong> \u00e9plucher les mandarines au couteau et tailler les supr\u00eames. Les mettre dans une po\u00eale avec le sucre et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive de Nyons AOP. Laisser caram\u00e9liser et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le g\u00e2teau en deux (dans l\u2019\u00e9paisseur), ins\u00e9rer le confit de mandarine et refermer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parer la chantilly :<\/strong> r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les ustensiles et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Fouetter la cr\u00e8me, ajouter le sucre glace, le fixateur de chantilly, l\u2019ar\u00f4me d\u2019orange et le zeste d\u2019une demie orange\u00a0: la chantilly doit \u00eatre ferme. R\u00e9server les \u00be dans une poche \u00e0 douille.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliser le quart de la chantilly pour couvrir les c\u00f4t\u00e9s du g\u00e2teau avec une petite spatule et en mettre une fine couche sur le dessus. D\u00e9corer le g\u00e2teau avec la poche \u00e0 douille. Terminer en parsemant le zeste de la demie orange restante et quelques d\u00e9corations en sucre.
