Ajouter ensuite 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel et 10 cl d\u2019eau et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 2 minutes pour former un sirop. Ajouter 1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser refroidir puis r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 1h.<\/p>\n<p>Faire ramollir la g\u00e9latine dans de l\u2019eau froide. Faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me avec le miel restant et le romarin. Aux premiers fr\u00e9missements, retirer du feu. Essorer la g\u00e9latine puis la faire fondre dans la cr\u00e8me encore chaude en remuant.<\/p>\n<p>Repartir les deux tiers des p\u00eaches et de leur sirop dans 4 verres. Verser la cr\u00e8me par-dessus, puis ajouter les p\u00eaches restantes et leur sirop.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 2h.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous conseillons d\u2019utiliser une huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt subtil de Nyons AOP pour sa douceur, son onctuosit\u00e9 et ses ar\u00f4mes de fruits secs, ainsi qu\u2019un go\u00fbt beurr\u00e9, accompagn\u00e9s \u00e9ventuellement d\u2019ar\u00f4mes de noisettes fra\u00eeches et\/ou d\u2019herbe fra\u00eechement coup\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser l\u2019une de ces huiles d\u2019olive AOP : Nice\u00a0 et Corse &#8211; Oliu di Corsica \u2013 r\u00e9colte \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6675,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-6738","ricette","type-ricette","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
