style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te en m\u00e9langeant les farines puis le sel, le poivre, ajouter l\u2019eau et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive du Languedoc AOC. P\u00e9trir pour former une boule. \u00c9taler la p\u00e2te, disposer sur une plaque et r\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Laver les courgettes et les tailler en rondelles fines. Les placer dans une passoire, saler et laisser d\u00e9gorger 15 minutes. Bien \u00e9goutter pour retirer le plus d\u2019eau possible.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Faire une poudre avec la moiti\u00e9 des amandes. En saupoudrer la p\u00e2te. Concasser l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 des amandes.<\/p>\n<p>Disposer les rondelles de courgette sur le fond de tarte. Les arroser de 2 cuiller\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. \u00c9mietter 1\/3 de la feta sur les bords de la tarte, saupoudrer 1\/3 des amandes concass\u00e9es, rabattre les bords de la p\u00e2te dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Battre le jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf et badigeonner le bord de la tarte \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d\u2019un pinceau.<\/p>\n<p>Enfourner pour 30 minutes. 15 minutes avant la fin de cuisson, ajouter la feta \u00e9miett\u00e9e et les amandes grossi\u00e8rement concass\u00e9es (ou en lamelles) sur les courgettes.<\/p>\n<p>Saler, poivrer, ajouter un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, du poivre du moulin et quelques feuilles de menthe cisel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9guster chaud ou froid.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":15950,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-15949","ricette","type-ricette","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
