style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>M\u00e9langer la levure au lait ti\u00e8de avec le sucre et laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un robot, m\u00e9langer la farine et le beurre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange sableux.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le lait, l\u2019\u0153uf entier, la pinc\u00e9e de sel, le zeste d\u2019orange, la fleur d\u2019oranger, la cardamome et laisser p\u00e9trir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit homog\u00e8ne et se d\u00e9tache des bords (p\u00e2te non collante, souple mais compacte).<\/p>\n<p>Laisser lever dans un endroit chaud jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle double de volume, recouverte d\u2019un torchon et en \u00e9vitant les courants d\u2019air (compter environ 1h).<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire fondre le chocolat puis ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive de Nyons AOP et bien m\u00e9langer pour avoir une texture bien lisse. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9taler la p\u00e2te en un rectangle \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9taler le m\u00e9lange chocolat\/huile d\u2019olive sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau.<\/p>\n<p>Rouler la p\u00e2te dans le sens de la longueur comme si vous faisiez une b\u00fbche (serrer suffisamment pour que le rouleau ne soit pas flasque).<\/p>\n<p>Couper le rouleau obtenu en deux dans la longueur. Puis tresser les deux morceaux ensemble (bien serr\u00e9s) et donner \u00e0 la tresse une belle forme ronde, les stries de p\u00e2te ouvertes vers le haut.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser lever 30 minutes puis enfourner \u00e0 four chaud (180\u00b0C) pendant 20 minutes environ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelle huile d\u2019olive AOP pour ce krigel ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous vous conseillons d\u2019utiliser une huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt subtil de Nyons AOP pour ses ar\u00f4mes de fruits secs, de beurre, de noisette, de pomme verte et d\u2019herbe fraichement coup\u00e9e.<br \/>\nVous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser une huile d\u2019olive de Nice AOP.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":15732,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-15731","ricette","type-ricette","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
