Huiler 6 petits ramequins de 8 cm de diam\u00e8tre (assez bas de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9couper des d\u00e9s de mozzarella. Les r\u00e9partir dans les ramequins.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9noyauter les olives noires. Les couper en deux (ou les laisser enti\u00e8res, selon votre envie).<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer la cr\u00e8me avec le lait. Dans une jatte, battre les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, saler, poivrer et ajouter du piment d\u2019Espelette AOP. Verser le m\u00e9lange lait-cr\u00e8me bouillant en filet sur les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs sans cesser de battre.
