Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer vos rondelles de courgette avec 1,5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, du sel et du poivre. Les faire griller au barbecue ou dans une po\u00eale (la courgette doit rester craquante).<\/p>\n<p>Griller le pain de mie et couper les tranches en deux triangles.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les tomates en rondelles.<\/p>\n<p>Tailler des lamelles de comt\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Laver et \u00e9goutter les feuilles de salade verte.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9mulsionner le vinaigre balsamique avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive de la Vall\u00e9e des Baux-de-Provence AOP, saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>Arroser une tranche de pain de vinaigrette, ajouter de la salade, des rondelles de tomate et de courgette, du comt\u00e9.
