Tous ont pu multiplier les exp\u00e9riences gustatives au sein des restaurants \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res et les d\u00e9couvertes culinaires gr\u00e2ce aux d\u00e9gustations propos\u00e9es par de nombreux artisans ou producteurs mais aussi participer aux masterclasses et de cours de cuisine propos\u00e9s par de grands chefs.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e encore Taste of Paris a accueilli un casting prestigieux d\u2019une quarantaine de chefs cuisiniers et p\u00e2tissiers de renom\u00a0: Alain Ducasse, Michel Rostang, Guillaume Gomez, Christophe Michalak,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Eric Frechon, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Anton, Thierry Marx, Michel Rostang, Philippe Conticini. \u2026pour ne citer qu\u2019eux. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Taste of Paris, c\u2019est aussi l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 pour chacun de go\u00fbter des plats d\u2019exception mais aussi d\u2019aller \u00e0 la rencontre d\u2019artisans et de producteurs qui viennent pr\u00e9senter leurs produits.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"entry-title fusion-post-title\">Les huiles d\u2019olive en AOP\u00a0ont remport\u00e9 un vif succ\u00e8s\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<p>Pour sa premi\u00e8re participation \u00e0 Taste of Paris, les Huiles d\u2019Olive en AOP ont accueilli les gourmets sur un stand color\u00e9 et authentique.<\/p>\n<p>Un bar \u00e0 huiles pr\u00e9senta les 7 AOP et de nombreuses animations et d\u00e9monstration culinaire ont anim\u00e9 le stand durant tout le weekend.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019espace d\u00e9gustation avec \u00ab\u00a0bar \u00e0 huiles\u00a0\u00bb permettait aux visiteurs de d\u00e9couvrir et d\u00e9guster des huiles d\u2019olives en AOP aux notes aromatiques tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes Huile d\u2019olive de la vall\u00e9e des Beaux-de-Provence, Huile d\u2019olive d\u2019Aix en Provence, Huile d\u2019olive de Nice, Huile d\u2019olive de Corse).<\/p>\n<p>Sur l\u2019espace cuisine de nombreuses d\u00e9monstrations culinaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00e9quipe France Olive et par la blogueuse culinaire MarciaTack.<\/p>\n<p>Ces animations, ont permis de montrer aux curieux les diff\u00e9rentes utilisations des huiles d\u2019olives en cuisine, nombreux ont d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris d\u2019apprendre qu\u2019elles pouvaient aussi \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n<p>Des cr\u00eapes aux zestes d\u2019oranges \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt subtil, du g\u00e2teau au chocolat \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, de la salade de fraises \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt intense, de la soupe de tomate \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt intense, du risotto de petit \u00e9peautre \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive go\u00fbt subtil ou bien encore de trois d\u00e9licieuses pur\u00e9es de pomme de terre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec les trois go\u00fbts\u00a0: subtil, intense et \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne\u2026 les visiteurs se sont visiblement tous r\u00e9gal\u00e9s\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Conjointement \u00e0 ces animations sur le stand France Olive, le magazine Elle \u00e0 table a invit\u00e9 le dimanche les huiles d\u2019olives AOP sur son espace, pour animer un atelier d\u00e9gustation.<\/p>\n<p>Durant quatre jours, gourmands, gourmets, curieux, toques \u00e9toiles, chefs p\u00e2tissiers, producteurs, artisans, \u00e9tudiants, se sont c\u00f4toy\u00e9s dans un cadre d\u2019exception afin de partager leur passion et de mettre en avant la richesse et l\u2019exception de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les Huiles d\u2019Olive en AOP, cette premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 Taste of Paris est plus que positive car elle aura permis de mettre en avant le savoir-faire de toute la profession, producteurs et artisans mouliniers aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs finaux mais aussi de toute la profession de la gastronomie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du 9 au 12 mai dernier, les Huiles d\u2019Olive en  [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1058,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-865","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualite"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
