Ingredients for 6 flans:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 4 carrots<\/li>\n
  • 1 onion<\/li>\n
  • 2 yoghurts<\/li>\n
  • 2 eggs<\/li>\n
  • 1 tbsp PDO huile d\u2019olive de Nyons<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • 1 tbsp corn starch<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp cumin<\/li>\n
  • 60 g grated cheese<\/li>\n
  • Salt, pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    Peel and cut the onion into small pieces. Saut\u00e9 in a casserole dish with olive oil. Rinse, peel and cut the carrots into slices. Add the carrots to the casserole, season with salt and pepper, saut\u00e9 them for 5 minutes and add a glass of water (if needed). Cover the casserole and cook 20 to 25 minutes (the carrots should be butter soft).
    \nPreheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.
    \nDrain and puree the carrots.
    \nMix the carrot puree with the yoghurts, beaten eggs, corn starch, grated cheese, cumin and adjust the seasoning.
    \nPour the mixture in individual moulds. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.<\/p>\n
