( ( 4% ) * 0.33333333333333 ) );\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Ingredients for 6 servings:<br \/>\nFor the pizza dough:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g gluten-rich flour<\/li>\n<li>1 packet of dry baker&#8217;s yeast (or 18g fresh yeast)<\/li>\n<li>22 cl water<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp <strong>PDO huile d\u2019olive de Provence \u2013 olives matur\u00e9es<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>6 g fine salt<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the filling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A quarter of reblochon<\/li>\n<li>2 pears<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp honey<\/li>\n<li>About 20 PDO olives noires de Nyons<\/li>\n<li>2 onions<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp <strong>PDO huile d\u2019olive de Provence \u2013 olives matur\u00e9es<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp PDO balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp of chopped PDO walnuts from Grenoble<\/li>\n<li>Rosemary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Preparation time: 25 minutes<br \/>\nCooking time: 25 minutes<br \/>\nResting time: 1h30<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the pizza dough:<\/p>\n<p>Mix the yeast with 100g of lukewarm water and 50g of flour, let ferment for 30 minutes (Tip: Preheat the oven to 40 or 50\u00b0C, turn it off and put\u00a0 the\u00a0 yeast bowl in, the yeast will bubble and swell faster and more surely!).<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl or the bowl of your food processor, mix the rest of the flour with the salt, sugar and olive oil.\u00a0 Add the yeast and remaining water (cold). Knead for about 10 minutes, the dough should detach from the edge and be flexible.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare the filling:<\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut the pears into small cubes. Saut\u00e9 in a tablespoon of olive oil with honey until lightly caramelized.<\/p>\n<p>Chop the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of rosemary. Pit the olives and cut them in half. Cut the reblochon in small cubes.<\/p>\n<p>Mix pears with the reblochon, half of the chopped rosemary, walnuts and olives. Put aside.<\/p>\n<p>Peel and cut the onion in half, slice thinly. Saut\u00e9 the onion in a tablespoon of olive oil, stirring often. Add the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper and let it caramelize on low heat for a few minutes. Put aside.<\/p>\n<p>Take the dough and form balls of about 5 cm in diameter. Make a hole in the ball and add a little reblochon\/pear\/rosemary\/walnut\/olive mixture, close the ball and place on a baking sheet. Renew the operation as many times as necessary to form a Christmas tree (the balls should not touch, they will swell).<\/p>\n<p>let it sit for an hour in a place sheltered from drafts (in an oven for example).<\/p>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C. Brush your Christmas tree with olive oil. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped rosemary and the caramelized onions. Bake for about 15 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our suggestion:<\/strong> For even more tastiness, you can add a few extra reblochon cubes to the Christmas tree just before baking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olive oil:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We advise you to use a traditional-tasting PDO huile d\u2019olive de Provence \u2013 olives matur\u00e9es (matured olives) for its sweetness and aromas of black olives, candied fruit, undergrowth and\/or toasted bread.
