Dr\u00fccken Sie die Kanten zusammen, um sie richtig zu schlie\u00dfen. Das Eigelb mit einem halben Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l mischen, die Oberseite des Kuchens mit dieser Mischung bestrichen. Machen Sie ein Loch in der Oberseite.
