F\u00fcgen Sie die Hefe und den Rest des (kalten) Wassers hinzu. Etwa 10 Minuten kneten, der Teig sollte sich vom Rand l\u00f6sen und weich sein.<\/p>\n<p>Bereiten Sie die F\u00fcllung:<\/p>\n<p>Birnen in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Sie in einem Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l mit dem Honig anbraten, bis sie leicht karamelliert sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das \u00c4quivalent von 2 Essl\u00f6ffel Rosmarin hacken. Die Oliven entkernen und halbieren.<\/p>\n<p>Den Reblochon in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Mischen Sie die Birne mit dem Reblochon, die H\u00e4lfte des gehackten Rosmarins, Waln\u00fcsse und Oliven. Zur Seite setzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, halbieren und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Die Zwiebeln in einem Essl\u00f6ffel Oliven\u00f6l unter h\u00e4ufigem R\u00fchren anbraten. F\u00fcgen Sie den Balsamico-Essig und den braunen Rohrzucker hinzu. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und bei schwacher Hitze einige Minuten einwirken lassen. Zur Seite setzen.<\/p>\n<p>Nehmen Sie den Teig und formen Sie Kugeln mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 5 cm. Machen Sie ein Loch in die Kugel und geben Sie die Mischung aus Reblochon \/ Birne \/ Rosmarin \/ Walnuss \/ Oliven hinein, schlie\u00dfen Sie die Kugel und legen Sie sie auf ein Backblech. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang so oft wie n\u00f6tig, um einen Weihnachtsbaum zu bilden (die Kugeln d\u00fcrfen sich nicht ber\u00fchren, sie schwellen an). 1 Stunde an einem Ort ohne Zugluft stehen lassen (z. B. in einem ausgeschalteten Ofen).<\/p>\n<p>Den Ofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen. B\u00fcrsten Sie Ihren Weihnachtsbaum mit Oliven\u00f6l. Mit dem restlichen gehackten Rosmarin und den karamellisierten Zwiebeln bestreuen. 15 Minuten backen.
