Etwa 10 Minuten kochen lassen, absch\u00f6pfen, sch\u00e4len und enth\u00e4uten. Das Kochwasser aufbewahren.<br \/>\nRosmarin- und Salbeibl\u00e4tter hacken, den Lauch putzen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. In einem Topf etwas Oliven\u00f6l  erhitzen und die Kastanien hinzuf\u00fcgen. Kurz darauf die gehackten aromatischen Kr\u00e4uter dazugeben und 8 Minuten kochen lassen. Zum Schluss den Lauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut umr\u00fchren. Weitere 6-7 Minuten kochen lassen, bis der Lauch weich ist.<br \/>\nDas kochende Wasser \u00fcber die Kastanien-Lauch-Mischung gie\u00dfen und noch etwa 4 Minuten kochen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit  das Brot r\u00f6sten.
