Mit dem gesiebten Mehl, \u00d6l und Wasser vermengen.<\/p>\n<p>Zu einem geschmeidigen, glatten, elastischen Teig kneten (darf nicht brechen). Eine Kugel formen, mit Backpapier bedecken und \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Rosinen in Rum und 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l einlegen. \u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, in Scheiben schneiden und in einen gro\u00dfen Beh\u00e4lter geben. Dann Zucker, Zimt, die Rosinen-Rum-Mischung sowie 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l dazugeben.<\/p>\n<p>Gut vermengen und mit Backpapier abdecken. Mindestens eine halbe Stunde ziehen lassen und dann bei geringer Hitze 10 Minuten kochen.<br \/>\nDen Ofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Teig sehr d\u00fcnn auf einer bemehlten Unterlage auswellen und ein Rechteck mit 30 &#8211; 40 cm L\u00e4nge formen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Teig muss nahezu durchsichtig sein. Mit Hilfe des Backpapiers eine Rolle formen und auf das Backpapier legen.<\/p>\n<p>(Insbesondere in der Mitte) mit Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen und dann mit den gemahlenen Mandeln bestreuen. Die Apfelmischung in der Mitte des Rechtecks l\u00e4ngs auftragen. Mit Hilfe eines K\u00fcchentuchs den Teig der L\u00e4nge nach verschlie\u00dfen und die L\u00e4ngskanten wie bei einem P\u00e4ckchen einschlagen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Strudel vorsichtig auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech legen und darauf achten, dass er nicht bricht.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einer Gabel L\u00f6cher einstechen und dann mit Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen.<br \/>\nUngef\u00e4hr 30 Minuten backen, bis der Teig goldbraun ist.<\/p>\n<p>Abk\u00fchlen und mit Puderzucker best\u00e4uben.<\/p>\n<p>Wir empfehlen ein Oliven\u00f6l mit feinem Geschmack Nyons g.U.. Dieses \u00d6l \u00fcberzeugt durch seine weiche Note, die cremige Konsistenz, seine Aromen aus getrockneten Fr\u00fcchten sowie einem buttrigen Geschmack, der begleitet wird von den Aromen frischer Haseln\u00fcsse und\/oder frisch gem\u00e4htem Gras.<\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen aber auch eines der folgenden Oliven\u00f6le g.U. verwenden: Nice und Corse &#8211; Oliu di Corsica \u2013 r\u00e9colte \u00e0 l\u2018ancienne.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6704,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-6748","ricette","type-ricette","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
