Schnell mit Oliven\u00f6l vermischen. Das Ei und 1 bis 2 EL Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, bis ein fester Teig entsteht. Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen, mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken und ungef\u00e4hr 1 Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen lassen.<br \/>\nDen Teig als Scheibe auswellen, die gr\u00f6\u00dfer ist als die Form. Dann auf einer Platte ablegen und k\u00fchl aufbewahren.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zubereitung der \u00c4pfel:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>25 g Butter schmelzen. Die Backform mit der geschmolzenen Butter, gemischt mit 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l, auf der gesamten Fl\u00e4che ausstreichen (Boden und Rand).<br \/>\nDie Backform gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit Zucker bestreuen und den \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Zucker in der Form belassen. Auf die Seite stellen.<br \/>\n\u00c4pfel sch\u00e4len, in H\u00e4lften schneiden und das Kernhaus entfernen.<br \/>\nEtwas Butter mit 50 Zucker und Oliven\u00f6l in einer Sch\u00fcssel schmelzen.<br \/>\nDie Apfelh\u00e4lften etwas d\u00fcnsten, bis sie Farbe annehmen. Den Saft aufbewahren.<br \/>\nDie Apfelst\u00fccke sch\u00f6n und dicht aneinander in der Form anordnen.<br \/>\nMit etwas Zucker und einem EL Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln. Etwas Kochsud hinzugeben (das in den \u00c4pfel enthaltene Pektin tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, dass die \u00c4pfel ihre Form behalten).<br \/>\nIm auf 210\u00b0C vorgeheizten Ofen 20 Minuten lang backen. Den Kuchen aus dem Ofen nehmen und ca. 30 Minuten abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nDann den restlichen Teig dar\u00fcber legen.<br \/>\nDen am Rand \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Teig innen in die Form dr\u00fccken.<br \/>\nWeitere 40 Minuten backen, bis Teig und \u00c4pfel kandieren. Dabei auf die Farbver\u00e4nderung achten (falls der Teig zu schnell Farbe annimmt, den Kuchen mit Alufolie abdecken).<\/p>\n<p>Wir empfehlen ein Oliven\u00f6l mit feinem Geschmack Nyons g.U.. Dieses \u00d6l \u00fcberzeugt durch seine weiche Note, die cremige Konsistenz, seine Aromen aus getrockneten Fr\u00fcchten sowie einem buttrigen Geschmack, der begleitet wird von den Aromen frischer Haseln\u00fcsse und\/oder frisch gem\u00e4htem Gras.<\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen aber auch eines der folgenden Oliven\u00f6le g.U. verwenden: Nice und Corse &#8211; Oliu di Corsica \u2013 r\u00e9colte \u00e0 l\u2018ancienne.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6712,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-6632","ricette","type-ricette","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
