  • 2 reife Avocados<\/li>\n
  • 1 mittelgro\u00dfe Zwiebel<\/li>\n
  • Saft einer 1\/2Limette<\/li>\n
  • 1 kleineTomate<\/li>\n
  • 1 Messerspitze Tabasco<\/li>\n
  • 1 EL klein geschnittener Koriander<\/li>\n
  • 1 EL huile d\u2019olive d\u2019Aix-en-Provence g.U.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Gew\u00fcrze (oder ein P\u00e4ckchen Guacamole-Gew\u00fcrz):<\/p>\n

    • 1 TL Paprika<\/li>\n
    • 1 TL Knoblauchpulver<\/li>\n
    • 1 TL K\u00fcmmel<\/li>\n
    • 1 TL getrocknete Petersilie<\/li>\n
    • 1 TL Muskatnuss<\/li>\n
    • 1 TL Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

      Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Die Tomate waschen und in sehr kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und die Kerne entfernen.
      \nDie Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein hacken.
      \nDie Avocados in 2 H\u00e4lften teilen, die Kerne herausnehmen und das Fruchtfleisch entnehmen.
      \nDas Fruchtfleisch der Avocados in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden.
      \nDas Fruchtfleisch der Avocados in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fccken.
      \nDann den Limettensaft, die Zwiebel, Tomatenw\u00fcrfel, den gehackten Koriander, das Oliven\u00f6l und die Gew\u00fcrze (oder 2 EL Guacamole-Gew\u00fcrz) hinzugeben.
      \nSalzen und etwas Tabasco dazugeben.
      \nMit Frischhaltefolie abdecken und bis zum Servieren kalt stellen.<\/p>\n

      Unser Tipp: Wenn Sie die Guacamole sehr glatt m\u00f6gen, vermischen Sie die Zutaten im Mixer.<\/p>\n

      Wir empfehlen ein Oliven\u00f6l mit intensivem Geschmack Aix-en-Provence g.U. mit seinen Aromen von frischen Kr\u00e4utern und\/oder roher Artischocke, mit vollmundiger Note aus Nuss, frischen Haseln\u00fcssen und roten Fr\u00fcchten.<\/p>\n
