B.<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer n. Das Fleisch in die kochende Br\u00fche geben und ca. 1 Stunde garen lassen.<br \/>\nWenn das Fleisch gar ist, abk\u00fchlen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Mayonnaise zubereiten: Dazu 2 Eigelb in eine Sch\u00fcssel mit Salz und Pfeffer geben. Mit dem Tauchmixer mixen und langsam das \u00d6l hinzugeben. Sobald die Mischung dickfl\u00fcssig ist, mit dem Saft der Zitrone verd\u00fcnnen. Solange \u00d6l und Zitronensaft hinzugeben, bis die So\u00dfe sch\u00f6n steif ist.<br \/>\nDie Kapern, Sardellen, hart gekochten Eier und den Thunfisch in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Mixen, bis eine weiche, gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige So\u00dfe entsteht. Die Mayonnaise dazugeben und gut vermischen.<br \/>\nDas Fleisch in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und auf einem Servierteller anrichten. Mit der Sauce bedecken und mit den Kapern garnieren.
