Geben Sie kaltes Wasser hinzu, bis der Fisch bedeckt ist und bringen Sie es dann langsam zum Kochen. Drehen Sie dann die Temperatur herunter und lassen Sie ihn auf niedrigster Stufe ziehen.<\/p>\n<p>Lassen Sie den Kabeljau dann erneut abtropfen, zerteilen Sie ihn in einer flachen Schale in kleinere St\u00fccke und ziehen Sie evtl. noch vorhandene Gr\u00e4ten heraus.<\/p>\n<p>Den Kabeljau in einem M\u00f6rser mithilfe eines Stampfers oder eines Holzl\u00f6ffels grob zerdr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Die Milch und das Oliven\u00f6l erw\u00e4rmen.
