Er sollte nicht knackig sein, sondern auf der Zunge zergehen.<\/p>\n<p>Tomaten waschen, entkernen und in feine Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Rohschinken in Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Schalotte hacken.<\/p>\n<p>Mandeln r\u00f6sten und anschlie\u00dfend grob zerkleinern.<\/p>\n<p>(Nach und nach) jedes Reisblatt anfeuchten, dann bis 5 cm vom Rand mit Kopfsalatbl\u00e4ttern bedecken.<\/p>\n<p>Auf eine Seite des Reisblatts einige Tomatenstreifen, etwas Schinken und einen ganzen Spargel geben. Mit Mandeln und gehackter Schalotte bestreuen. Bis zu einem Drittel des Reisblatts aufrollen und dann jede Seite einschlagen, sodass ein Rechteck entsteht. Zu Ende aufrollen und dabei darauf achten, dass alle Zutaten im Reisblatt bleiben. Mit der Feuchtigkeit wird dann das Ganze problemlos zusammenkleben. Fest zu sich ziehen und die Rollen mit Frischhaltefolie umwickeln. Im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren, damit sie ihre Feuchtigkeit behalten.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe alle Zutaten miteinander verr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fertigstellung: <\/em>Frischhaltefolie entfernen und die Rolle in mehrere St\u00fccke schneiden.
