Mehl, Backpulver, eine Prise Salz und die abgeriebene Schale von 2 Zitronen hinzuf\u00fcgen (die Schale der dritten f\u00fcr die Garnitur beiseitestellen). Mit einem Teigschaber alles vermischen, dabei darauf achten, dass die Mischung nicht zerf\u00e4llt.<br \/>\nEine Kuchenform einfetten und mit Mehl ausstreuen und den Teig hineingie\u00dfen, 25 Minuten backen.
