In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel die Eier aufschlagen und den Zucker hinzuf\u00fcgen, mischen und das \u00d6l und die Hefe hinzuf\u00fcgen. Das Mehl nach und nach einr\u00fchren, bis die Masse beginnt, fest zu werden. Den Teig nehmen und mit den H\u00e4nden auf einem Nudelbrett weiterkneten, bis er eine Teigkugel bildet. Den Teig in 3 gleiche Teile teilen. 2 Teile zusammen verarbeiten, sodass ein kleinerer und ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Teil \u00fcbrig bleiben. Beide Teige ausrollen.<br \/>\n Schlie\u00dflich die Form leicht einfetten, bemehlen, mit dem gr\u00f6\u00dferen Teig auslegen und mit der Haselnusscreme f\u00fcllen.
