Ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen und die Tomaten mit der Fruchtfleischseite nach oben darauf verteilen. Mit Salz, Zucker und etwas Oregano bestreuen und im vorgeheizten Backofen statisch ca. 30 Minuten bei 240\u00b0 backen.<br \/>\nLeicht abk\u00fchlen lassen, vom Backblech nehmen und zusammen mit den Basilikumbl\u00e4ttern, dem geriebenen Parmesank\u00e4se und den Pinienkernen in einen Mixer geben. Eine Prise Salz und etwas EVO-\u00d6l Valle del Belice g.U. hinzuf\u00fcgen. Das Ganze zerkleinern, bis eine weiche k\u00f6rnige Paste entsteht.
