Alle diese Zutaten m\u00fcssen immer saisonal, frisch, nat\u00fcrlich und aus der Region stammen.<\/li>\n<li>Essen Sie frisches Obst als Ende der Mahlzeit und S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten mit raffiniertem Zucker oder Honig nur wenige Male pro Woche.<\/li>\n<li>Verwenden Sie natives Oliven\u00f6l Extra als Hauptfettquelle.<\/li>\n<li>Konsumieren Sie t\u00e4glich Milchprodukte, am besten Joghurt und K\u00e4se, Fisch und Gefl\u00fcgel, Wein und rotes Fleisch immer nur in moderaten Mengen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die Mittelmeerdi\u00e4t ist daher eine Di\u00e4t mit niedrigem Gehalt an ges\u00e4ttigten Fetts\u00e4uren und einem Gesamtfettgehalt zwischen 25% und 35%.<br \/>\nIm Jahr 2010 wurde die Mittelmeerdi\u00e4t in die Liste des Weltkulturerbes aufgenommen und in Italien, Marokko, Griechenland und Spanien anerkannt.
