Am 24. Juni 2019 fand in Braccagni (Grosseto) ein Trainings- und Pr\u00e4sentationstreffen bei einem der f\u00fchrenden italienischen Produzenten von zertifiziertem nativem Oliven\u00f6l extra statt – der Genossenschaft OL.MA.<\/h1>\n
In der herrlichen Umgebung der toskanischen Maremma, werden seit Jahrhunderten regionale Olivensorten angebaut und daraus erstklassige \u00d6le hergestellt. Neben der Leidenschaft, die jeder Olivenbauer in seine Arbeit einbringt, wird die Qualit\u00e4t der Produkte durch die EU-G\u00fctezeichen g.U., g.g.A. und Bio garantiert, wobei das biozertifizierte native Oliven\u00f6l extra eines der Aush\u00e4ngeschilder der Genossenschaft ist.<\/div>\n
Die Veranstaltung bot den Anwesenden Gelegenheit, die Anforderungen an einen durchweg kontrollierten und garantierten Oliven\u00f6l-Produktionsprozess zu veranschaulichen und zu verstehen, welche umfassenden Garantien die G\u00fctesiegel g.g.A und Bio dem Markt bieten. Diese Aspekte wurden durch das vollst\u00e4ndige Eintauchen in die lokale Produktionsrealit\u00e4t vertieft: Auf eine Bildschirmpr\u00e4sentation folgten der Besuch der Produktionsanlagen und die Verkostung der Produkte.<\/div>\n
Angesichts der Anwesenheit spezifischer Verhandlungspartner erfolgte eine eingehende Besprechung zum Thema Biooliven\u00f6l, einem besonders sensiblen und wachsenden Segment des internationalen Marktes.<\/div>\n<\/div>
