Er reicht aber nicht aus, um ein ausgezeichnetes natives Oliven\u00f6l extra zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu ist auch eine kontrollierte und zertifizierte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette unerl\u00e4sslich: Ernte, Mahlen, Extraktion, Filterung und Abf\u00fcllung sind alle entscheidende Prozessschritte zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kontrolle der Produktionsphasen wird durch die Vorschriften f\u00fcr g.U.- und g.g.A. \u00d6le gew\u00e4hrleistet; f\u00fcr Bio-Oliven\u00f6le muss die Produktion den europ\u00e4ischen Normen entsprechen und f\u00fcr jede Phase des Produktionsprozesses, von der Ernte bis zur Abf\u00fcllung, ein strenges Verfahren durchlaufen.<\/p>\n<p>In allen Stufen der Produktionskette kommt daher das von den Erzeugern im Laufe der Zeit erworbene Wissen zum Ausdruck.
